David has a business law practice with particular focus on privacy, cybersecurity, and IT. In his work as National Co-Leader of Miller Thomson's Cybersecurity & Privacy practice, David provides strategic advice in commercial transactions, M&A , e-commerce, promotional activities and compliant design of systems. As breach coach David helps clients manage data breaches and cyber security threats, relying on years’ experience in cross-border settings. David also has a background in the Medical Device and Biotech sectors.
